Bio

Born into this world in February of '93, Samuel McCray has always felt the call of God on his life. From an early age, the call to preach the Word of God was evident, giving his first "sermon" around age three. Before he had even heard the term "Christian Hip-hop," he was drawn to the style through artists like Carman, who had his hand in many different genres of Christian music back in the 90's.

Around the age of twelve, Samuel was delivered from a lifestyle of sin by running to Jesus in repentance and remorse for forgiveness. The "bug for rapping" never went away, and now, as SA-115, Samuel's desire is to make the Gospel of Christ known to all who will listen.

People have asked him what he means when they hear him mention the words "Not Final Cover." He says, "Not Final Cover is my way of saying that this world is not my home. This body isn't final. The Bible says that we don't know exactly what we'll be like at the resurrection, but for those of us who are saved, we know we'll be like Christ. This is what Not Final Cover is about - Living in light of eternity. Make sure that you know what yours holds.

"I KNOW that the only way to the Father is through Jesus," he says. "I don't care who you are, wherever in life you are, whether you've been saved for sixty years or never in your life, we all need Jesus TODAY. That's the message that I hope to bring across through Not Final Cover. Don't look at me, look to Jesus."

SA-115 has been featured on the TruthSeekahMusic.com compilation album The Manifestation of the Sons of God, as well as onstage with artists such as TruthSeekah, Watchman, and Tha Voyce. He is currently working on recording songs for his first album, and no surprise that it's to be titled "Not Final Cover."

("p.s. - And no, I'm not trying to be gangsta or someone I'm not. I'm just a so-called "white" kid who likes rap and wants to use it to glorify Jesus!" - Samuel)
